Ingredients
1 (8-ounce) block of full-fat cream cheese
2 tbsp BBQ rub or seasoning (Meat Church or homemade)
Aluminum foil or cedar plank
Optional: honey, hot sauce, crackers, herbs for serving
Instructions
1. Score the top of the cream cheese in a crisscross pattern.
2. Coat all sides with your chosen BBQ rub or seasoning.
3. Place on foil-lined cedar plank or cast iron pan.
4. Smoke at 225°F for 2 hours OR bake at 250°F for 90 minutes.
5. Serve warm with crackers, drizzle with honey or hot sauce if desired.
Notes
Use different seasoning blends for sweet or savory versions.
Store leftovers in an airtight container up to 5 days.
Reheat gently at 250°F for 10–15 minutes.
