6 beef hot dogs

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp chili powder

¼ tsp black pepper

½ cup BBQ sauce


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F or air fryer to 390°F.

2. Slice hot dogs into 1 to 1½-inch chunks.

3. Mix dry spices and toss with hot dog pieces until evenly coated.

4. For oven: Arrange on a lined baking sheet and roast for 15–20 minutes.

5. For air fryer: Cook in a single layer for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway.

6. Remove and toss in BBQ sauce until well coated.

7. Return to oven or air fryer for 10–12 minutes (oven) or 3–5 minutes (air fryer), until caramelized.

8. Serve hot with toothpicks or in slider buns.
