Description

Ingredients

6 large eggs

3 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp smoky BBQ sauce

1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

1. Hard-boil the eggs and let them cool completely.

2. Peel and halve the eggs, remove yolks.

3. Mix yolks with mayo, mustard, BBQ sauce, spices.

4. Preheat grill and place whites cut side up in a tray.

5. Grill whites for 4–5 minutes over low heat.

6. Pipe or spoon filling into grilled whites.

7. Top with bacon and chives.
