Description

Sticky, sweet, and smoky barbecue peach chicken that’s easy to grill or bake. Perfect for summer cookouts or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

Scale

2 lbs chicken (thighs or drumsticks)

½ cup peach preserves

½ cup BBQ sauce

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp smoked paprika

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk preserves, BBQ sauce, mustard, garlic, paprika, and vinegar.

2. Marinate chicken in half the glaze for at least 30 minutes.

3. Grill or bake chicken at 400°F until it reaches 165°F internal temperature.

4. Brush with remaining glaze in last 5 minutes of cooking.

5. Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra spice, add cayenne or hot sauce to the glaze.

Use fresh peaches if available—cook them down slightly before adding.

Store leftovers for up to 4 days in the fridge or 2 months in the freezer.
